What is Rolize?
Rolize is a job discovery platform that helps candidates find relevant opportunities based on their resume and profile. You upload your resume or build a profile, set work-mode and preference filters, and Rolize surfaces a ranked feed of listings that align with your background.
How does Rolize match jobs to my resume?
Rolize parses your resume to extract skills, seniority, work history, and target roles. The platform then compares that structured profile against job listings using vector embeddings, which lets the matching capture meaning rather than just keyword overlap. The result is a ranked feed where the top of the list is the role most likely to fit your actual background.
Does Rolize guarantee that I will get a job?
No. Rolize is a discovery tool, not a hiring agent. We help you find more relevant opportunities, but every interview decision and hiring outcome is made by the employer or third-party platform you apply through. Anyone promising guaranteed interviews or guaranteed hires is misrepresenting how job platforms actually work.
Can I find remote, hybrid, and on-site jobs on Rolize?
Yes. Rolize surfaces remote, hybrid, and on-site listings, with work mode and location visible on every match. You control which work modes appear in your feed through your preferences, so if you only want remote roles, the feed will only show remote roles.
Is Rolize free for job seekers?
Yes. Rolize is free to start. Uploading your resume, setting preferences, browsing matched listings, and following the application destination are all free. No credit card is required to create an account.
How do I update my resume or profile?
Sign in to your Rolize account, open your profile, and either upload a new resume or edit the structured fields directly. Updates re-run the matching layer so the new feed reflects your latest background. Keeping resume content current materially improves the relevance of your feed.
How do I apply for a job I find through Rolize?
Open the listing card on Rolize and follow the apply link to the job's source. Rolize does not handle the application itself; the apply flow is run by the employer or the platform that originally published the listing. We surface the role and route you to the destination so you can submit your application directly.
Why are some job recommendations more relevant than others?
Match quality depends on how complete your resume and preferences are. A fully populated resume with explicit skills, target roles, and saved work-mode preferences produces a sharper feed than a thin profile. Roles outside your target preferences or in tangential fields tend to rank lower, which is expected. The first ten minutes of profile setup are worth the time.
Can I delete my account or request deletion of my data?
Yes. You can request account deletion at any time from inside the app, or by contacting us through our contact page. We will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security reasons. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.
How can I contact Rolize support?
Send us a message through our contact page or email contact@rolize.com directly. Choose a category in the contact form (general inquiry, job seeker support, partnership, feedback, or report an issue) so we can route your message to the right person.
