By accessing or using the Rolize platform (the "Service"), available at https://rolize.com and app.rolize.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Rolize. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Rolize is a job discovery platform that helps users discover job opportunities based on resume and profile information. The Service surfaces relevant listings; it is a discovery tool, not a recruiting agency, hiring platform, or employer of record.

Rolize does not guarantee interviews, employment, job availability, specific compensation, or any particular hiring outcome. All hiring decisions are made by the employer or third-party platform you ultimately apply through.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact information below if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Provide accurate information when creating or updating your account, resume, or profile.
• Respect the rights, privacy, and security of other users and third parties.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any resume, profile, or other content you submit is accurate, lawful, and yours to share. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights, contains false statements, or includes confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

You grant Rolize a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted content for the purpose of operating the Service, including processing it to identify relevant job opportunities.

Job listings surfaced through Rolize may link to third-party websites, applicant tracking systems, or other platforms. Rolize is not responsible for the content, accuracy, hiring practices, application processes, terms, or outcomes of any third-party site. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates law or these Terms.
• Scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Submit malware, automated scripts, bots, or other harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with the security, performance, or availability of the Service.

Rolize, including its design, copy, code, branding, and matching technology, is owned by Rolize and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or its underlying technology to you. You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the license granted in Section 6.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Rolize does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolize and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Rolize or other users, or for any other reason as permitted by law. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of Rolize after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
